Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2026: 7 Looks That Stole the Night

The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show came back to Los Angeles on October 18 with a very clear message: the spectacle is back.

Big wings. Veteran Angels. New faces. An all-female performance lineup. And, in the night’s biggest surprise, the return of the Fantasy Bra — this time with a reported $50 million price tag.

The 2026 show was staged at Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City and brought together longtime Victoria’s Secret names including Adriana Lima, Candice Swanepoel, Gigi Hadid and Alessandra Ambrosio alongside newer stars such as Alex Consani. Bella Hadid opened the show, while Kylie Jenner made an unexpected Victoria’s Secret runway debut.

But with dozens of runway looks competing for attention, a handful clearly became the moments people were talking about afterward.

Here are seven that stood out.

1. Kylie Jenner and the $50 Million Fantasy Bra

Victoria’s Secret saved its biggest surprise for one of its most famous traditions.

Kylie Jenner made her first-ever appearance on the Victoria’s Secret runway wearing the revived Fantasy Bra — a piece the brand had not put on its fashion-show runway since Elsa Hosk wore one in 2018.

And Victoria’s Secret did not bring it back quietly.

Created with Jacob & Co., the bra was valued at $50 million and featured 4,410 natural diamonds, including a massive 75.54-carat Fancy Vivid yellow diamond at its center. Fifteen artisans reportedly spent more than 1,000 hours creating the piece.

Jenner completed the runway look with white feathered wings, turning what was already the show’s most expensive piece into its biggest pop-culture moment.

Whether traditional Victoria’s Secret fans loved the casting or not, putting one of the most recognizable celebrities in the world into the most expensive Fantasy Bra in the show’s history guaranteed one thing: people were going to talk about it.

2. Bella Hadid Opens the Show in a Floral Fantasy

Bella Hadid got the job of making the first impression — and Victoria’s Secret gave her a look built for it.

Hadid opened the runway in a vivid green, flower-covered ensemble paired with huge garden-inspired wings covered in colorful blooms. It fit directly into the show’s “Spring Awakening” theme and looked less like traditional feathered Angel wings and more like an entire fantasy garden attached to her back.

It was also a milestone for Hadid. Despite walking several previous Victoria’s Secret shows, 2026 marked the first time she opened one.

Hadid later returned in an entirely different white look with long, pleated wings — but the floral opening gave the show one of its strongest images immediately.

3. Adriana Lima Reminds Everyone Why She’s a Victoria’s Secret Icon

There are Victoria’s Secret models, and then there is Adriana Lima.

The Brazilian supermodel made her 21st appearance in the show in 2026, extending a relationship with the runway that began all the way back in 1999.

Lima first appeared in a bright green lace look paired with floral wings before returning in white for the finale. Her final outfit featured an ethereal white ensemble and enormous decorative wings — and she ultimately closed the show.

n a show clearly trying to mix a new generation with Victoria’s Secret nostalgia, Lima was the obvious bridge between the two.

You can bring Kylie Jenner onto the runway. You can reinvent the wings. You can change the production.

But some names are simply tied to Victoria’s Secret history.

Lima is one of them.

4. Elsa Hosk’s Giant Wings Became a Story of Their Own

Elsa Hosk returned to the Victoria’s Secret runway with one of the most physically dramatic designs of the entire production.

Her massive feather-style wings stood roughly 70 inches high and were built around a metal structure, according to reporting on the show. The design became even more talked about after online criticism of Hosk’s walk prompted Gigi Hadid to defend her and point out just how difficult these enormous runway pieces can be to carry.

Hosk wore the huge gold-and-bronze-toned wings with a detailed corseted runway look.

And this may be one case where the Instagram video works better than a still photograph. You actually get to see the scale and movement of the wings as she walks.

5. Alex Consani Goes From Soft Pink to Giant Gold Wings

Alex Consani got two completely different moments.

Her first outfit paired pale pink Victoria’s Secret pieces with a dramatic green-accented striped cape stretching behind her.

Then came the transformation.

Consani returned wearing a black lace runway look with enormous sculptural gold wings, producing one of the strongest silhouettes of the night. Vogue highlighted the contrast between her two outfits, while 2026 marked Consani’s third consecutive appearance in the show.

The gold-wing look was exactly the sort of unapologetically excessive design longtime viewers associate with Victoria’s Secret at its most memorable.

And that seemed to be a recurring theme in 2026: less restraint, more spectacle.

6. Gigi Hadid Gets Two Very Different Sets of Wings

Gigi Hadid’s first appearance mixed silver and pastel colors, with sparkling wings and a long cape shifting between blue and pink tones.

Then Victoria’s Secret went much bigger.

Her second look featured a sparkling white outfit surrounded by elongated white feathered wings stretching dramatically away from her body.

Gigi has become one of the recognizable faces of the modern Victoria’s Secret era, and the second look in particular felt deliberately designed to deliver the classic “Angel” imagery viewers remember from the show’s peak years.

7. Candice Swanepoel Proves the Veterans Still Matter

Candice Swanepoel made her 14th Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show appearance in Los Angeles.

That alone puts her in rare company.

Swanepoel first walked the Victoria’s Secret runway in 2007 and later became an official Angel in 2010. Her 2026 return included a pink runway look while once again placing her alongside longtime names like Lima and Ambrosio.

There is an obvious strategy behind bringing these women back.

Victoria’s Secret is trying to move forward without throwing away the personalities and imagery that made its fashion show a global cultural event in the first place.

And that may be the biggest takeaway from the 2026 show.

The company experimented with newer casting, expanded representation and younger stars, but the production also leaned hard into the things viewers associated with classic Victoria’s Secret: enormous wings, dramatic entrances, veteran supermodels and the Fantasy Bra.

After years of trying to figure out what the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show should become, the answer in 2026 appeared surprisingly simple:

Bring back the fantasy — and make it enormous.
