Corrections Policy

The Untold Report is committed to correcting material factual errors promptly and transparently.

Reporting an Error

If you believe an article contains an inaccurate statement, missing context, incorrect attribution, or another factual problem, please contact us through our Contact page and include:

  • the article title or URL
  • the information you believe is incorrect
  • any supporting source or documentation, when available

How We Handle Corrections

When a potential error is reported, we review the relevant article and available source material. If a material factual error is confirmed, we will correct the article as appropriate.

Minor typographical, formatting, or grammatical changes may be made without a correction notice when they do not alter the meaning of the article.

Correction Notices

For significant factual corrections, we may add a note to the article explaining what was changed. The purpose of the notice is to give readers a clear record of substantive corrections.

Updates to Developing Stories

Breaking-news articles may be updated as new verified information becomes available. An update is not necessarily a correction; it may simply reflect additional facts that emerged after publication.
